LegalWe have partnered with a leading law firm to assist us in all matters pertaining to corporate law, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), PE and VC funding, real estate, foreign investment and exchange control and dispute resolution. Our partner law firm is a full service firm that provides a wide spectrum of sophisticated legal services in various business sectors and complete range of legal services. The firm currently has about 70 attorneys in their four offices across India located in Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai and is able to provide legal services in a timely and cost effective manner in any part of India.

Management ConsultancyOur services underscore the nature of a problem or an area of concern i.e. we ascertain what the problem is. We do not go beyond a cursory solution on how to solve the problem. In instances wherein clients require assistance in this regard, we rely on our panel of consultants who act as our channel partners for all matters concerning management consultancy services. Ashwin Dias is one such consultant who currently heads the Camera E-Commerce business unit at ZoomIn.com managing a team of 19 people. His focus is primarily on sales, marketing, operations and sourcing aspects of the business. In the recent past, Ashwin was part of the Management Consulting Team at KPMG for 4 years where he worked on engagements in the telecom, media and BPO sector. Lastly, Ashwin has a MBA degree from IIM Bangalore (2007 Batch) and an Engineering Degree from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore.
